The working principle of cone crusher is based on the action of extrusion and bending, and the material is crushed through the relative movement between the moving cone and the fixed cone. The following is the detailed working principle:

1. Core components

Moving cone (crushing cone): installed on the spindle and driven by eccentric sleeve to do eccentric rotation.

2. Working process

Feed:

Materials enter the crushing cavity from the feed inlet at the top of the crusher and are distributed between the moving cone and the fixed cone.

Broken:

The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the belt or coupling, and the eccentric sleeve drives the spindle and the moving cone to do eccentric motion.

When the moving cone is close to the fixed cone, the material is crushed by extrusion and bending.

When the moving cone is far away from the fixed cone, the crushed materials move downward due to gravity, and the materials that do not meet the particle size requirements continue to be crushed.

Layout:

The crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing cavity, and the discharging granularity is controlled by adjusting the size of the discharging port.

3. Generation of crushing force

The eccentric rotation of the moving cone makes the volume of the crushing chamber change periodically;

When the moving cone approaches the fixed cone, the volume of the crushing cavity decreases and the material is crushed by extrusion.

When the moving cone is far away from the fixed cone, the volume of the crushing cavity increases, and the material falls and is discharged.
